The Pulaski County Commissioners signed the Pulaski County On-Site Wastewater Treatment Systems (OWTS) Ordinance into effect on December 20, 2007. The Pulaski County Health Center is the regulatory authority for the OWTS program within Pulaski County. ​

Overall the services provided cover numerous areas of Environmental Public Health and Sanitation issues. Our goal in the Environmental Public Health section is to Prevent, Promote and Protect Public Health within Pulaski County.
