The Pulaski County Health Center provides immunizations to infants, children, and adults. There is a sliding fee scale per immunization, but no one will be denied services due to inability to pay. Medicaid clients are not required to pay this fee.

Catch-Up Immunization Schedule The Catch-Up Immunization Schedule is for person age 4 months - 18 years who start late or who are more than 1 month behind schedule. Instant Childhood Immunization Schedule The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) offers this web-based tool that allows you to create an immunization schedule for your child (5 or younger) using his /her birth date.
