IMMUNIZATIONS The Pulaski County Health Department provides immunizations to infants, children, and adults. Our immunization clinic is held Mondays, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Immunizations may also be given during office hours. There is a sliding fee scale per immunization, but no one will be denied services due to inability to pay. Medicaid clients are not required to pay this fee. Child Vaccines (Infant - 18 years):

Childhood Immunization Schedule Recommended immunization schedule for persons age 0 - 6 years. Adolescent Immunization Schedule Recommended immunization schedule for persons age 7 - 18 years. Catch-Up Immunization Schedule The Catch-Up Immunization Schedule is for person age 4 months - 18 years who start late or who are more than 1 month behind schedule. Instant Childhood Immunization Schedule The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) offers this web-based tool that allows you to create an immunization schedule for your child (5 years old or younger) using his/her birth date.
