EXERCISE CLASSES

Exercises classes are led by certified instructors at the Pulaski County Health Department. They are held at the health department and are free to the public. In addition to regularly scheduled classes, exercise equipment, stability balls, weights, exercise/yoga mats, and many work-out videos are available for use.

New participants should call to set up a time to complete proper forms, receive a membership pass and get a tour of the facility.  The exercise program can begin at the time of sign up.

Remember to always consult with your doctor before you begin any new diet or exercise program.

Open Gym

       Monday-Thursday 7am-4:30pm

     Friday- 8am-12pm

The gym will be unavailable on days when the office is closed. Upcoming Closing are as follows:

       Aug 30- 1:30-4:30 for Staff Meeting and Development

      Sept 5-Labor Day
