Exercise equipment, stability balls, weights, exercise/yoga mats, and many work-out videos are available for use.

New participants should complete proper forms, receive a membership pass and get a tour of the facility. The exercise program can begin at the time of sign up.

Remember to always consult with your doctor before you begin any new diet or exercise program.
