CHILDCARE FACILITY INSPECTIONS The Pulaski County Health Department Environmental Public Health Specialist (EPHS) staff conducts licensed Childcare Facility inspections under the guidelines stated by the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services. A licensed Childcare facility must be inspected first by a representative of the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services Bureau of Environmental Regulation Licensure (BERL) staff. After passing the initial inspection the annual inspections will be conducted by the Pulaski County Health Department EPHS staff.
