ON–SITE WASTEWATER TREATMENT SYSTEMS (OWTS)

The Pulaski County Commissioners signed the Pulaski County Onsite Wastewater Treatment Systems (OWTS) Ordinance into effect on December 20, 2007. The Pulaski County Health Department is the regulatory authority for the OWTS program within the County.
